Friday August 20th the girls had Meet the Teacher at school. We were able to go up Wednesday after three and see who their teachers were going to be. They were so excited, especially Hannah. Hailey got into Mrs. Portugal's class with three of her buddies from First Grade. Hannah got into Mrs. Irwins class. She is new to Bette Perot this year, but she seems like she is going to be AWESOME. I am so excited for the girls this year. They have been very anxious to go back/start school. Hannah has been such a doll. She tells everyone she crosses about how she is going to Kindergarten and what she picked out for the first day of school. She wants everyone to know, and let me tell you, they do :) She is such a special little girl, and I can't wait to see how she blossoms.
They were eager to get to bed tonight, since when they wake up in the morning it will be school time. They layed out their clothes and crashed. I actually think Hannah was asleep in 5 minutes, which is VERY unusual for her. Here are some pictures of the last time my babies will be first graders and pre-schoolers :), and their first day of school outfits they picked out themselves.
Tomorrow is the their big day!!!
