Thursday was Hailey's First Grade Christmas Party. They decorated cookies, played pin the nose on Rudolph, made Christmas ornaments, sang carols and learned the sign language for "We Wish You A Merry Christmas". It was a fun party and I am so thankful I was able to help out. Thanks to Chloe Hancock for saving me in the time of need for a babysitter. The kids love her, and I love having someone who can come over so quickly. Friday, Hailey had Polar Express Day at school. They got to wear their pajamas, drink hot chocolate, and they had their Christmas stocking exchange. Each kid brought 21 stocking stuffers and they put one in each friends bag. Hailey came home with a stocking "bag" full of goodies. She was so excited.
