2 1/2 years old

Hayden 2 1/2 years old:

Loves trains - He puts together his train track about 10 times everyday. His trains, cars, trucks and motorcycles love to ride on the tracks. If they don't fit through the bridge, they jump it.

Loves baseball the most, but gets excited about any ball.

Loves to throw things. Turns everything into a ball and bat. *not always a good thing though*

Bedtime routines/habits - sleeps with at least one, sometimes 2 or 3 blankets, pacifier (bap bap), Ruckus the cat, and 2-3 car/truck/motorcycles. Daddy has to lay on the floor until you fall asleep. You love Daddy putting you to bed. I guess you consider that a special time with Daddy. You always want a drink when you go to bed. You use to drop your cup when you were done, but daddy once allowed you to throw it, so now you throw it across the room when you are done. Daddy knows to cover his head with a pillow when you tell him you are done. You like to see what body part you can hit. We are working on getting you out of this habit. You always want kisses from Hannah, Sissy (hailey), and mommy and daddy. You make the person putting you to bed give you several "BIG" Kisses. Big kisses are when we kiss you all over your neck and tickle you with our nose.
You have started sleep walking to our room in the middle of the night. We pick you up and carry you back to bed. It is annoying but you are so darn cute.

You love to ride bikes and play outside.

You are still quite an eater, but you don't eat as much as you use to. You drink ALOT though. You can drink a whole sippy cup and then ask for more. You love juice and lemonade.

You love seeing Mimi, Papa, and Uncle Tim.

You love going to school, and told me today that you go to school and play with friends.

Your favorite playmates are Miley, Grant, and Sophie.

You have always called Hailey "Hannah", but over the past month you have started calling her "Sissy". I am not sure why you will not call her Hailey, because you know how to say it.

You love climbing on things and jumping off, no matter how high it is.

"Come on Daddy, Let's go take a bath"

Hayden: "I'm going to go get a snack... hahaha" Mommy: "No your not" Hayden: "Uh huh, I go get a snack. Huhuhu"
