Lake Murray - Ardmore Oklahoma (Day 1)

This weekend we invited 6 other families to go camping with us at Lake Murray in Ardmore Oklahoma. The first day was a little stressful and overwhelming for me (Misty) due to the late start on leaving from home and all the "things" that took place to make us even later. We did finally arrive and found our sites. By the end of the day I was just ready to go to bed. Everything was making me more frustrated. I bought a new air mattress for Shane, Hayden and I, but it had 5 holes in it straight out of the box. So, we slept on the cold floor with only a few blankets between us. It made for a very unpleasant night for all. The girls woke up every 20 minutes crying cause they were cold. I basically NEVER slept. I don't know about Shane. I am not even sure what time he came to bed. He went and hung out with the night owl crew (Stamps, Vaughns and Hudkins). Hayden slept pretty good. Although I was constantly covering him up making sure he didn't get cold. Unfortunately the trip left me sick with a icky virus and unable to talk.

*Raccoons came out and cutt a trash bag out of the tree and got into our ice chest. They ate all the chocolate candy we had in there except for the milkduds* They sure are noisy animals.
