Sunday we went to church as usual and then Mimi and Uncle Tim came up to watch Hayden so that we could take the girls to NRH2O for some quality time without little brother. We asked the girls what they wanted to do with mommy and daddy and surprisingly they both chose the water park. We stayed for about 3 hours and then took a short break to go get ice cream from Sonic. Then we went back for another hour. The girls had a great time. They were able to ride all the rides since Hayden wasn't there. Shane and I had a great time as well. ;)
After the water park, we headed back to the house. Shane and I were going to go out on a long awaited date. Mimi and Uncle Tim fed the kids pizza and even put them to bed for us. Thank you guys.
Shane and I went to eat at Jerry's Italian Bistro. Yummy! I was not expecting this, but Shane re-proposed tonight. He wants us to renew our wedding vows. We have always talked about wanting to do this later on in our marriage, but Shane thought this would be the perfect time with everything that has happened over the past years.
We are looking into maybe doing it in April of 2010. We are very excited and so are the girls. They cant quit talking about getting to wear pretty dresses.
After dinner, we went to Starbucks and just walked around and talked. Then we headed back to the house. We were both really tired and knew we had an early day on Monday.
