Schlitterbahn

After Haydens last t-ball game for the summer, July 23rd, we decided to head to San Antonio for the night, and then get up the next morning and spend the day at Schlitterbahn. Liam was at his moms that weekend, so it was perfect timing.

At t-ball, we were talking to one of his teammates, Noah, parents and told them what we were doing. They mentioned that they have been wanting to go this summer. Half jokingly (only because I didnt think they would), I mentioned they should go with us. They laughed, and said it would be fun, but never said anything about going. After the game we were walking out to the car, and they were standing on the curb waiting for us. They said, "We decided to still go". We thought they were talking about Double Daves, because we had a confusion on the teams party. Turns out they were going to go to Schlitterbahn with us. We met up in San Antonio at the Riverwalk - Rita's with them and Shane's uncle Danny for dinner. Then spent the next day together at Schlitterbahn. Funny thing is none of us knew eachothers names. We were on the same baseball team and actually lived on the same street. (Bad memories with names). Ha!!! We had a great time and glad to spend it with some new found friends.
