My to go meals for our busy schedule when Daddy is out of town.   They are kid approved and EASY!!  Mondays are CRAZY in the Estes house.  School pickups #1 @2, #2 @ 3, #3 @4.......  home  to get ready for Ballet..... Ballet 5 to 6.... Volleyball child #1 from 6-7, and volleyball child # 2 from 7-8.  Home by 8:30, small snack and bedtime.  So, eating on the go is a HAVE to if daddy is not home.   :)
