Our Church hosted the Circo Del Rey Circus this year. Our kids were so excited as they have never been to a circus (that they can remember anyways). Who could ask for a better first circus. We let the girls each invite two friends and Hayden got to bring one. The Weavers also went with us, so in reality we had 9 of the kids friends with us. Good times. All the kids came home with us after school. We had an early dinner/snack of Pizza and the kids played and made matching bead necklaces. Hannah and her friends decided to get all "beautiful". They told Shane they wanted to look circusy. They put bows in their hair and spray glitter. They looked gorgeous. Halfway through the circus we got to have a snack break. Some of the kids got snow cones and some chose cotton candy. We only had 20 minutes and their was a lot of people, so once the kids got their food they basicly had to scarf it down. They didnt seem to mind really though. The best part about the night, was that one of Hannahs friends asked Jesus into her heart. I can not think of anything more exciting for my little girl than helping bring a friend to Christ. Way to go Jaylen. We are proud of you. We got home about 12 ish in the morning after dropping some of the kids off. Haileys two friends stayed the night. Actually one stayed the whole weekend with us. :) Good times is all I can say. We finally got in bed about 1:30 and then of course woke up several times with a teething, sick, fussy baby.
