Saturday night Shane took the girls to the Daddy/ Daughter dance in North Richland Hills. Last year Hailey was the only that got to go due to the age requirement. So, it was a big deal for Hannah this year. Both of the girls were super excited. They had been asking me for weeks if"today" was the dance. We met at our friends Sara and Nicks house and took some pictures of the girls and then the guys and little girls headed out. Sara and I, and of course Hayden and Sophie, stayed at the house and hung out. It was a lot of fun - girls night out - kinda! ;)
I think the guys left the dance about 7 and headed over to Steak and Shake for dinner. The kids had a grilled cheese and chocolate milkshakes (which Hailey didnt like). She is not into the "specialty" drink. She mainly likes water and milk.
After the special night with Daddy, Hannah spent the night with her friend Madelyn and then Rachel spent the night at our house. By the time we got home it was super late and we had church the next morning so the kids didnt get to do much. But, they still had a good time. After church we met back up at Jerry's Italian Restaurant and ate a YUMMY lunch. Then we switched back kids and headed home for a good nap.
